Many people are asking "Why are you doing this job part-time as well as your full-time job and how do you have time to do this?" There are reasons for taking on this business that I will explain in the future, but I absolutely love the products! They are all natural, no preservatives, dyes, fillers, almost all allergen free and everything else you can't pronounce on package ingredient lists. The best part is Mike loves the stuff! Mike has a throat condition called esosinophillic esophagitis. I won't get into details about it; the name says enough. Basically, he is allergic to a lot of foods and when he eats something he is allergic too, his throat gets scratchy and swells. Anyway, he was diagnosed with the condition last year and the doctor that scoped his throat said it was the worst looking case he had ever seen. :( So, since then we try to cook meals that are free of the foods he can't eat, but that can be hard since many foods are processed near or on production lines that make peanut, soy, wheat products. Wildtree products have very stringent production processes that make their products virtually allergen free. Best of all, Julia also loves the products and it makes me feel good that she isn't ingesting all kinds of preservatives, additives and other stuff in her body. Also, she is a better meat eater now (something we have struggled with) when we use the Wildtree sauces and seasoning blends.
I am not an all organic, all natural person, but these products definitely make it easier to eat better and more natural especially when you are crunched for time.
I am very much looking forward to this new business adventure in the hope that I can share these wonderful products with others.
